B.T.I EGINEERS  . offers a full refund to customer who is dissatisfied with their purchase, providing the product is returned at the customers’ expense in new, unused condition and is within 60 days of purchase.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with products you purchased from BTI ENGINEERS you can return your item(s) as follows:

• Items purchased online can be returned within 60 days of purchase.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for refund or exchange.
• You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
• Shipping costs cannot be refunded for returns or exchange. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Please contact us for return details and instruction.
• The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of the product, unless they arrived damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for: Leather articles including craft kits, digital downloads, liquids, books and Items on clearance. Damages of a product resulting from negligence, unauthorized modification of the product, caused by natural disaster, theft or loss are not covered by the warranty. Custom or special orders are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations. Items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received the returned item via e-mail. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. The processing time may vary depending on the methods of payment.

Failure to pay customs, duties and taxes that results in shipment(s) return to BTI is not an authorized return. We will not issue any refunds. The customer will be responsible for any and all shipping, any unpaid customs, duties, taxes and $30 USD handling and restocking fee for any abandon shipment.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before products are shipped. If the order is cancelled successfully, full refund will be credited to your original payment method. We cannot cancel orders that have already shipped out.
